Terms and Conditions – Loxa Drive Car Rental

1. Booking & Reservations

By renting a vehicle with Loxa Drive, you agree to provide accurate personal information and valid identification. Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.

2. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic laws. They may not be used for illegal activities, racing, towing, or off-road driving unless explicitly authorized.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends upon return of the vehicle to Loxa Drive. Late returns may incur additional charges.

4. Vehicle Condition & Maintenance

All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained. Customers are responsible for reporting any damage or issues during the rental period. Any damage caused during the rental may incur repair fees.

5. Insurance & Liability

All vehicles include standard insurance coverage. Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or fines incurred during the rental. Additional insurance options are available upon request.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Fuel charges will apply for vehicles returned with less than a full tank.

7. Age & Driver Requirements

Drivers must meet the minimum age requirement (usually 21 years) and hold a valid driver’s license. International customers may require an International Driving Permit (IDP).

8. Payment & Charges

All rentals must be paid according to the selected plan. Additional fees may apply for extra mileage, late return, or additional services.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made within the specified period may be eligible for a refund or credit. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

10. Accessories & Special Requests

Child seats, GPS, and other accessories are available upon request. Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

11. Termination

Loxa Drive reserves the right to terminate any rental if the terms of this agreement are violated.

12. Governing Law

These rental terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent Moroccan courts.
